FAQ Q: How long should my hair be for waxing? A: The longer the better! At least 3 weeks of hair growth after shaving. This ensures the wax can grip the hair properly for the best results. Q: How often should I get waxed? A: Every 4–6 weeks is ideal. Staying consistent helps reduce sensitivity, slow regrowth, and keep your skin silky smooth. Q: Can I get waxed if I’m on my period? A: Absolutely! Just wear a tampon or menstrual cup. Keep in mind you might feel slightly more sensitive during this time. Q: Can I wax while pregnant? A: Yes! Waxing during pregnancy is safe for most people. If you have a high-risk pregnancy, it's always best to consult with your healthcare provider first. Q: What should I do before my waxing appointment? A: Gently exfoliate 24–48 hours before. Avoid caffeine, lotions or oils the day of your appointment. Make sure hair is long enough (no shaving in between!). Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Relax ! Q: What should I expect after waxing? A: After waxing, avoid heat, sweating, sun exposure, and tight clothing for 24 hours. Start gentle exfoliation 2 days later to prevent ingrown hairs. Q: Does waxing hurt? A: Some discomfort is normal, especially if it’s your first time. However, I use techniques and products to minimize the sensation as much as possible. Any no show or cancellation made within 3 hours of your appointment time will incur a 50% missed-appointment fee that will be charged on the card on file. If the card has insufficient funds, you will be unable to book until it is paid.
